Bahrain defeat Oman 106-37 in GCC Under-15 Basketball Championship

Doha: he GCC Under-15 Basketball Championship, hosted by the Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF), kicked off at the Qatar University Hall yesterday with the first game between Bahrain and Oman, which ended 106-37 in favour of Bahrain.

Qatar will start their campaign at the tournament with the game against Oman today at 7:00 p.m., after the match between Kuwait and the UAE scheduled for 5:00 p.m.

Six teams, namely Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and hosts Qatar are participating in the tournament which ends on August 19.

Qatar is being represented by Muhanna Khalid, Ibrahim Al-Mufti, Jassim Al-Qahtani, Hamad Al-Langawi, Abdulaziz Al-Qahtani, Majed Al-Mansour, Mohammed Al-Badi, Ahmed Yassin, Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Mishaal Al-Mughni, Sultan Abdullah, Mohammed Al-Khazai, Azzam Yakan, and Saud Al Mughaiseeb.
