Doha: HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF) attended on Saturday evening, the conclusion of the 10th edition of the premier equestrian competition “Commercial Bank CHI AL SHAQAB”, sponsored by Longines and organized by Al Shaqab, for three days.
The event was also attended by the President of the Qatar Olympic Committee HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani, and a number of dignitaries in the country.
At the end of the competitions, Her Highness crowned the top three winners of the Grand Prix show jumping, with German Marcus Ehning crowned first place, French Simon Delester in second place, and Japanese Mike Kawai securing the third place.
Her Highness also honored the competition’s sponsors.
