Qatari refereeing team to officiate at FIFA U-20 World Cup in Indonesia

Doha: A Qatari refereeing team will officiate at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Indonesia.

Salman Ahmed Falahi and assistant referees Ramzan Saeed Al Naemi and Majed Al Shammari will be seen in action in the May 20-June 11 event.

This reflects FIFA’s confidence in the Qatari referees after their successful appearance in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Al Falahi worked the final game at the 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup in Uzbekstan along with Qatar’s assistant referees Youssef Aref Al Shammari, Zahisneid Al Shammari and Saud Ali Al Athba as a VAR referee.
