The Al Arabi team, comprising Rawad Nasser, German Schmidt, and South Korean professional Park Ga-yeon, qualified for the quarter-finals by finishing second in Group B. They achieved a victory over Moroccan Wydad with a score of 3-1 in the second round of the group stage, despite an initial loss to Saudi’s Al Ittihad by the same score.
