Doha: H E Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Qatar Museums, crowned the top three finishers in the Future Riders class during the tenth round of the Qatar Equestrian Tour – Longines Hathab, held at the main arena of the Qatar Equestrian Federation.
The tenth round of the ninth edition of the tour, organised by the Federation in partnership with Al Shaqab, featured the Future Riders class (70cm), followed by the Gold Tour (140cm) for individuals and teams, and the Open class (110cm), all staged at the Federation’s main arena.
In the Future Riders event, Alia Ahmed Al Khater claimed first place with a time of 13.54 seconds aboard “Fahin.” Noura Jassim Al Thani secured second in 13.9 seconds on “Sandor,” while Nasser Hamad Al Thani finished third in 14.4 seconds riding “Coco Chanel.”
Khalid Al Hadi topped the Open class with a clear round on “Carlton.” Abdullah Khalid Al Jalandani finished second with four penalty points on “Nawas,” while Mohammed Mansour Al Sulaitin took third place on “Mazeltov.”

In the Junior category, Mohammed Mansour Al Sulaitin secured both first and second positions on “Mazeltov,” while Sheikh Fahad bin Jassim Al Thani placed third riding “Kiara.”
In the 140cm Gold Tour, Yara Al-Hunaidi clinched first place with a time of 55.29 seconds on “Caprice.” Mohammed Saeed Haidan followed in second with 58.33 seconds on “Wathnan,” while Frederick Stark finished third aboard “Wathnan Bobby” in 59.49 seconds.
In the team standings, Team Wathnan claimed first place with a combined time of 119.99 seconds. Team Lekhwiya secured second with 121.84 seconds, while Team Al-Fardan finished third.
The competitions conclude on Saturday with the Diamond Tour (150cm), the Bronze Tour (120cm) for individuals and teams, and the Future Riders class (90cm).
