Riyadh: The Saudi Ministry of Sports announced on Tuesday that the Italian Super Cup will be held for the fifth time, from January 2 to 6 in the capital, Riyadh.
The next edition of the Italian Super Cup will see the participation of four clubs: Inter Milan, the Italian League champion, AC Milan, the runner-up of the last edition of the league, Juventus, the Italian Cup champion, and Atalanta, the runner-up of the Cup.
Saudi Arabia has previously hosted the Italian Super Cup 4 times before, the first in 2018, which was won by Juventus, the second in 2019, which was won by Lazio, the third in 2022, which was won by Inter Milan, and the fourth was at the beginning of this year, which was also won by Inter Milan.
Juventus leads the Italian clubs with the most Super Cup titles with 9, followed by Inter Milan with 8 titles, AC Milan in third place with 7 titles, then Lazio with 5 titles, and finally Roma and Napoli with two titles each.
