Doha: The Qatar Stars League (QSL) Foundation has conducted the draw for the third edition of the Electronic Qatar Stars League (E-QSL), scheduled to take place from April 20 to 22.
Teams competing in the 2025–2026 Doha Bank Stars League have been divided into two groups of six sides each.
Group A features Al Rayyan, Al Duhail, Al Arabi, Qatar SC, Al Shamal and Al Gharafa, while Group B includes Al Sadd, Al Sailiya, Al Wakrah, Al Shahania, Umm Salal and Al Ahli.
The tournament will follow a one-on-one format, with the top four teams from each group progressing to the quarterfinals. The competition will then move into the knockout stages, culminating in the semifinals and final.
The event is expected to deliver strong competition as participating teams and players vie not only for the E-QSL title but also for qualification to the 2026 Esports World Cup.
The E-QSL continues to reflect the growing prominence of esports within Qatar’s sporting landscape, providing a competitive platform that connects football clubs with the rapidly expanding world of digital gaming.
