Tickets released for HH the Amir Basketball Cup final showdown

Doha: The Qatar Basketball Federation has announced the release of tickets for the final of the HH the Amir Basketball Cup (Men’s) for the 2025–2026 season, setting the stage for a highly anticipated clash on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The grand finale will tip off at 6:30pm at Al Gharafa Sports Hall, where fans are expected to gather in large numbers for one of the country’s premier basketball events.

Tickets are now available for purchase online via the Snoonu application, providing supporters with convenient digital access. Prices start from QR15, while children under the age of five will be granted free entry, in a move aimed at encouraging family participation and enhancing the matchday experience.

The final follows a series of intense quarterfinal encounters that determined the semifinalists. Al Rayyan secured a commanding 104–82 victory over Al Gharafa, while Al Arabi delivered an emphatic 104–73 win against Qatar Club. Al Ahli and Al Sadd also progressed with solid performances, defeating Al Wakrah (85–72) and Al Shamal (107–96), respectively.

Attention now turns to the semifinals, scheduled for Monday, May 4 at Al Gharafa Sports Hall. Al Ahli will take on Al Arabi at 6pm, before Al Sadd face Al Rayyan at 8pm, with the winners advancing to the title decider.

With the tournament reaching its climax and competition levels exceptionally high, the final is expected to attract a significant turnout, promising an electrifying atmosphere as teams battle for the prestigious HH the Amir Basketball Cup crown.
